Welcome! I'm Carla Guarnieri and I’m passionate about teaching yoga that meets you where you are—yoga for real people with real bodies. No extreme pretzel poses or intense athletic feats—just accessible, empowering practices designed to support your unique journey.
Yoga is about union—the harmony of body, mind, and soul through movement, breathwork, and meditation. My classes integrate these three elements to help you release tension, cultivate mindfulness, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
In my one-on-one sessions, I create personalized programs tailored to your needs, ensuring a practice that feels right for you. I also offer a variety of group classes across different yoga styles, including beginner yoga, chair yoga, senior yoga, slow flow, gentle yoga, and meditation with breathwork.
As a Yoga Alliance-certified 200 RYT instructor, I’ve been immersed in yoga for many years. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, centered, and connected—both on and off the mat.

I've never done yoga before. Do you offer beginner classes?
Yes! Any one-on-one class can be tailored for beginning yoga students. Our "Basics" online group class is will be starting soon and is perfect for beginners if you prefer group class.
What is breath work?
Breath work is a focused method of learning to control and channel the breath in a way that helps us to free up stagnant energy and calm the mind.
What is the purpose of meditation?
The goal of meditation is to learn to focus your attention and quiet your mind. This helps you to achieve inner wisdom, gain clarity and develop compassion.
