Private Yoga Class

One-on-one private yoga session designed to fit your needs and schedule! Sessions are online. Session is 90 minutes and includes 15 minutes of assessment or follow up from previous lesson and one hour of yoga.

$90 for a 90 minute class or $75 an hour.

Learn the basics! This online course is self-paced and covers basic poses so that you can feel comfortable When you visit your local home studio and join a class live. You'll learn breathing techniques, setting intentions, and short meditations, as well as up to 30 different poses.
